David Powell Tech Consulting (“DPTC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through dpowelltc.com, how we use it, and the choices you have — including how our SMS/text-messaging program works.

- Information you give us — your name, business name, email address, phone number, and any details you enter into our forms (including the Missed-Call Audit) or send us by text, call, or email.
- Consent records — when you opt in to text messages, we record that you opted in, the wording you agreed to, and the date and time.
- Usage information — standard analytics such as pages viewed and general location, collected through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to help us improve the site.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
- To deliver a requested report (such as your Missed-Call Job Leak Report) and to follow up about it.
- To send service-related and, where you have opted in, informational text messages.
- To operate, secure, and improve our website and services.
3. SMS / text messaging
If you provide your mobile number and opt in, DPTC may send you text messages related to your request — for example, delivering a report you asked for, replying to a call we missed, and occasional follow-ups about your inquiry. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the data-sharing categories described in this policy exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Opting out and getting help
You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message; we will send a single confirmation and then stop texting you. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 407-795-5538. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. We do not use this information to identify you personally.
5. Service providers
We share information only with the service providers that help us run our business — for example, form processing, our CRM and messaging platform (GoHighLevel / LeadConnector), and analytics. These providers process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing. As stated above, text-messaging opt-in data is never shared with third parties for their marketing. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Data retention & security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, and we apply reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take security seriously.
7. Your choices

8. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
